Restaurant at the Blue Bridge Hotel

This is a quality place. I visited several times when Craig ran a restaurant on Fishergate (near The Lighthorseman), and continued after he moved to the nearby Blue Bridge Hotel. Me, I can never decide what to have, but if it's quiet Craig might sit at your table, pluck a few ideas out of thin air and "make something up". It's always fab - and his "drunken bullock sauce" is extra special! My rating is low because the atmosphere seemed to change when he moved premises - but don't let the lack of liveliness put you off! Rating: 80%
