Slow phone ordering due to language problem. Order arrived in complete so had to phone again was told to pick order up decided not acceptable so after much arguing rest of order delivered. Sad thing is the food was pretty good but the whole experience spoiled by incompetence. Need to sort Staff and ordering process out for satisfactory service. Rating: 35%
