We serve a lot of vegetarian food. All the ingredients we use are fresh and the food and sauces are made on the premises.

We are not a fast food restaurant, we take pride in what we do and try to give you Mexican food as you will taste it in Mexico.

Excellent atmosphere & decor (even the loos are cool). Friendly, efficient staff. Fantastic food, really different from the usual meal out. We had a starter each, a litre of Sangria, the two most expensive main courses on the menu, and a shot of the best Tequila in the house.... our total bill was £48.75, not bad at all! Rating: 90%

All's well with the universe if I get my regular fix of a chorizo starter and a mole poblano main every few months. Fiesta Mehicana prides itself on authenticity of its cuisine; it certainly tastes like the Mexican cuisine I've encountered in the Southwest of the USA. Everything here is delicious - the hardest decision you'll have is choosing between many excellent dishes (and some good accompanying mexican beers and a fine selection of tequilas). There's something for almost every palate, giving the lie to the myth that all Mexican food is just heat and no subtlety. Service here is enthusiastic (the staff are happy to guide newcomers through the menu) although not always terrifically fast - remember that manana is a key concept south of the border. The seldom-used downstairs eating area and the lavs still smell a bit musty after the 2000 floods - but that's about the only criticism I can level at this excellent establishment. Rating: 95%
