Easily the BEST indian in York, over the last 10 years I have tried them all and I always go back to the Akash, the food is very fresh and superb, staff and atmosphere also great. Rating: 100%

Easily the nicest and friendliest Indian restaurant and takeaway in the whole of York. Comes VERY close to the Bradford restaurants, VERY tasty and spicy food, you can actually taste the flavour, even the HOT dishes are flavorsome and not 'BURN YOUR MOUTH' hot, just how it should be! Rating: 100%

Agree with 2 100% er's.........best Indian in York. Food, service, atmosphere.......they always get it right. Never had a below average meal here and its cheap too....mmmm! Rating: 100%
